Tea in the United States covers everything from a traditional Chinese or Japanese tea house to a Southern sweet-tea counter, and the fastest-growing segment is bubble tea: Taiwanese-style milk teas and fruit teas with tapioca pearls, sold by chains and independents alike with adjustable sugar and ice levels. Tea rooms serving afternoon tea with scones and sandwiches usually require a reservation, while boba shops, juice bars and smoothie shops are walk-in and quick. Kava and kombucha bars are a newer category, and loose-leaf tea stores sell blends, teaware and gifts, often with a tasting counter. Prices for a drink run similar to coffee-shop prices, with premium teas and cold-pressed juices at the high end.

Winter Garden is in Florida, in the Southeast, where summers are long, hot and humid, winters are mild, and afternoon thunderstorms and the hurricane season from June to November can change plans at short notice. Getting around Winter Garden is easiest by car; street parking is metered in busy downtown areas, and most suburban businesses have their own lot. Ride-share apps such as Uber and Lyft operate across Florida's larger cities, and public transit varies from extensive to minimal.

So happy to have discovered this gem of a tea shop. Excellent customer service. Suni helped me find a nice tea blend based on what I was looking for. The flavors were great and speak to the high quality of the tea leaves. They have a wide variety of tea drink options and loose tea packages. A must try whenever you're at the Plant St Market!

I was so excited to find fresh loose rose tea. I paid $10 for 1 oz and it doesnβt even smell or taste like rose. It was a blend they called βlove potionβ and he added some extra rose petals but still. I donβt know what I am drinking or how old this is but I sure feel ripped off!

Tea shop was located at the end of the building when entering from the center doors (near the big brewery tin / picnic tables), so I almost didn't see it! Cute decor, and there were so many teas to choose from. I wasn't interested in trying anything new today, so I chose my all-time favorite flavor (matcha) for $10 a pack. The cashier girl was polite and friendly. I'll add an update after I try the tea I bought β¨οΈ

Absolutely loved the blueberry with pomegranate boba! The flavors blended perfectly, creating a delightful burst of sweetness with every sip. The boba added a fun texture, making each mouthful a delightful experience. Definitely a must-try for any bubble tea enthusiast!

My siblings and I are tea fanatics, so we were excited to try some looseleaf tea from a local tea shop. We have tasted lots of looseleaf teas, from cheaper to premium options. The shop itself is cute in person and the staff is friendly. Having researched the flavours ahead of time it was confusing to see that there are no net weight amounts listed in the online tea listings - and as we discovered in person, teas are sold in 1oz (30g) amounts online while you can get larger quantities in person. Teas are also affordably priced based on different premium levels - bronze > silver > gold. We got a handful of teas across the levels - Formosa Oolong, Gunpowder Green, Organic Roobis, Organic Sencha Green, Blue Sky Oolong, and Lavender White teas. All teas were prepared properly in a specialized tea flask. Strangely, all of these flavours tasted bland (except the gunpowder which just tasted bitter)... even when doubling the recommended tea to water ratio. Perhaps these teas were just stale? Of this selection, the Roobis had the most flavour. And the gunpowder was ok, but quick to bitter. The lavender white tea tasted like a light lavender floral water. I do like that the Blue Sky had a few
